Live Music To Return To Iconic Adelaide Venue Under New Name In 2019

Opening next February!

The space occupied by the now-closed Fowlers Live for the last 15 years is set to re-open under a new name in 2019.

As promised by new tenants Five Four Entertainment, the Adelaide west end venue will continue to operate as a live music venue from next February, now known as Lion Arts Factory.

While it will be used predominantly for live music, the venue will also host art, comedy, theatre and more events.

Five Four Entertainment co-director, Craig Lock, said they “are thrilled to take on such a beloved music and arts space, and continue its legacy as one of Adelaide’s premiere live music venues.

"We have been booking venues and events in Adelaide for many years, and are very excited to share the first taste of what we have planned.”

An official opening date is yet to be announced, however previously-announced shows from names such as Converge, Gang Of Four and Montaigne will all go ahead at the venue as planned.
