Less Than JakeAmerican ska-punk mainstays Less Than Jake are returning to Australia and New Zealand this October, today announcing a huge run of shows.
And they won’t be making the journey alone: for the Circus Down Under Tour, they’ll be joined by special guests, fellow US rockers The Aquabats and The Suicide Machines.
Less Than Jake and friends promise a blend of brass, hooks and chaos when they hit stages across Australia. The Floridan five-piece is a long-time favourite with fans Down Under—a feeling that’s reciprocated. Australia remains “one of our favourite places in the world,” the band says. They last performed for fans Down Under in October and November 2024.
The tour begins at Metropolis Fremantle on Friday, 30 October. It continues at Adelaide’s Hindley Street Music Hall on Saturday, 31 October, Melbourne’s Forum Theatre on Monday, 2 November, Sydney’s Enmore Theatre on Thursday, 5 November, Brisbane’s Eatons Hill Hotel on Friday, 6 November, and concludes with a show in New Zealand at Auckland’s The Studio on Saturday, 7 November.
Pre-sale tickets will be available on Tuesday, 14 April, at 9 am local time, followed by the general sale on Wednesday, 15 April, at 9 am local time. Head to the Teamwrk Touring website for more ticketing details.

For more than three decades, Less Than Jake’s catalogue has been at the heart of ska-punk and its legacy. Plus, their live shows are packed with high-energy performances, big choruses, and just enough unpredictability to keep fans on the edge of their seats.
After the release of their 2020 album, Silver Linings, Less Than Jake teamed up with the Descendents’ Bill Stevenson, who produced their seven-song 2024 EP, Uncharted. At the time, the band said, “It felt different - a feeling we hadn’t felt about a recording for some time. This EP represents a new chapter in the story of Less Than Jake.”
