US legend Lenny Kravitz has cancelled plans to tour Australia due to the ongoing COVID pandemic.
The New York-born songwriter was originally scheduled to tour the country in early April, however COVID-19 forced the run to be postponed.
Promoters TEG Live have now confirmed all shows have been cancelled "due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and Government restrictions".
"I was really looking forward to seeing you all but we need everyone to stay safe, from the fans to my crew and band," Kravitz said in a statement.

Kravitz was also booked on the 2020 Bluesfest line-up, however that too was called off in March.
All ticketholders for Kravitz' headline shows will be notified by Ticketmaster for a full refund.
