Leadfinger Announce 'Friday Night Heroes' Album Tour

Wollongong and Sydney-based Leadfinger have announced their fifth album, Friday Night Heroes, will drop on July 14, followed by an East Coast tour that kicks off the following night at The Factory.

The local legends have carved a name for themselves in the Australian rock scene through nearly ten years of slinging their particular flavour of dual guitar riffs and heart-on-your-sleave rock'n'roll.

Their latest effort continues that tradition while pushing the group's sound and writing into new territory, stretching their own musicianship as well as bringing in a few guests to add their skills - Doug Hazell's saxophone in particular bursts on Heart On My Sleeve.
