With a handful of big name acts locked in to help relaunch Sydney’s iconic Lansdowne Hotel, the venue has announced there will be a number of “special guest bands” performing there in the coming weeks who will only be revealed an hour before they play.
The revamped Chippendale hotspot will officially re-open next Thursday, June 15, before The Delta Riggs, Hard-Ons, The Meanies, Saskwatch and Gold Class join in on the celebrations in the weeks that follow.
“All tickets on the door for the first couple of weekends. Special guest bands. All announced an hour before they play,” the venue said via Instagram.
Plans for Lansdowne Hotel’s grand return were fittingly unveiled on Easter, with the team behind beloved Sydney burger joint Mary's bringing it back from the dead.
