Laneway Festival Confirms Kirin J Callinan Is Off The 2018 Line-up

Laneway Festival organisers have confirmed Kirin J Callinan will no longer perform at next month's events.

As spotted by Junkee, the Sydney artist was featured on posters promoting the events in previous weeks, however his name was removed after 15 more acts were announced this week.

When contacted by The Music, Laneway organisers declined to provide comment, but did confirm Callinan has been removed from the bill.

Callinan, who appeared in last year's award-winning show, Top Of The Lake: China Girl, was at the centre of controversy at last year's ARIA Awards when he exposed himself while walking the red carpet.

The Music has contacted Callinan's label for comment.
