Heavy metal kings Lamb Of God have announced their new record, VII: Sturm Und Drang, will be released this July.

Details of the band’s seventh album also came with the release of new single Still Echoes.

It’s been a bit of a hectic few years for the band since frontman Randy Blythe was charged with manslaughter that he was later cleared of, and the new single was inspired by time he spent in a Czech jail.

VII: Sturm Und Drang will drop via Nuclear Blast Entertainment this July, and you can here Still Echoes here.

The Virginia-based metallers were here earlier this year for Soundwave.
