Lucky, lucky, lucky.
Kylie Minogue has won a legal battle against Kylie Jenner after the reality TV star attempted to trademark the 'Kylie' name.
According to Daily Mail, the US Patent and Trademark Office rejected Jenner's application last week after Minogue's legal representatives opposed the move just under a year ago.
The Australian icon's rep's described Jenner as a "secondary reality television personality" in a letter to the office and claimed that Minogue is an "internationally-renowned performing artist, humanitarian and breast cancer activist known worldwide simply as 'Kylie'."
Minogue already owns the trademark for the terms 'Kylie Minogue darling', 'Lucky – the Kylie Minogue musical' and 'Kylie Minogue'.
