Aussies score the #1 spot.
She battled it out for top honours with fellow Aussie singer Olivia Newton-John in recent weeks but this time around, Kylie Minogue has taken out the #1 spot on the US Billboard Charts alongside DJ duo Nervo with their track, The Other Boys.
The song, also featuring Jake Shears of Scissor Sisters and producer/musician Nile Rodgers, has topped the Dance Club Songs Chart, going up on place after it finished in second position last week.
Meanwhile, Dave Aude’s You Had To Believe which features Newton-John and daughter Chloe Lattanzi has also clinched a spot in the top three of the same chart, rising up to #3 following last week's #4 placing.
After sitting in the charts for eight weeks and finally cracking the #1 position, the news means that Minogue is now equal eighth for most number ones in this chart, now tied with the late Whitney Houston and pop artist's Lady Gaga and Enrique Iglesias.
