Influential 90's emo group Knapsack have made a new website, and are playing a string of US dates later this year.

The band, which features Blair Shehan of The Jealous Sound, recently made a website displaying several pictures with the words "Knapsack 2013".

In addition, the band will allegedly play shows this American Fall - their first since 1999 - including an appearance at The Fest in Gainesville, Florida. For the shows, the band will be joined by former Thrice bassist Ed Breckenridge.

Speaking about the reunion, drummer Colby Mansacola says "We are grateful for the opportunity to reconnect both as musicians and friends".

Knapsack originally formed in 1993, releasing a trio of albums before disbanding in 2000. The band currently have no plans to record new music or extend touring past 2013.
