The first-ever Moonee Tunes event comes to Victoria this April
The inaugural Moonee Tunes festival has unveiled its 2016 line-up, with the charge led by Aussie rock ensemble and recent AC/DC tour support act Kingswood and ascendant artist Tkay Maidza.
A joint initiative between The Reach Foundation and Moonee Valley Racecourse, aka The Valley, this year's event will also feature performances from psych-jammers The Delta Riggs, multi-instrumentalist Harts, hip-hopper Remi and indie-pop act Tully On Tully.
All funds raised from the all-ages event will go towards The Reach Foundation, which does amazing work supporting young people in Victorian and New South Wales communities; each year, an estimated 40,000 young people between the ages of 10 and 18 engage with The Reach Foundation's youth-led workshops, made by and for adolescents with an eye towards improving their well-being, self-awareness and personal connections.
The action kicks off at 3.30pm on Friday 8 April; tickets are on sale now via Eventbrite.
