Karl S Williams, Hanlon Brothers Among Gold Coast Music Awards Winners

The winners of this year’s Gold Coast Music Awards have been unveiled, with Karl S Williams walking away with Artist Of The Year and other talent being recognised for their contribution to the industry.

The event held at Burleigh Brewing Co’s saw performances from Hussy Hicks and the aforementioned main prize winner and accolades given to live music venue Soundlounge, event Buskers By The Creek and more.

This year's People’s Choice Award saw more than 10,000 public votes come through, and Casey Barnes managed to just beat out local Hanlon Brothers, who went home with Emerging Artist Of The Year.
