The three-part documentary lands next month.
Netflix has today shared a new teaser trailer for its forthcoming documentary jeen-yuhs which will showcase Kanye West's career journey over the past 20 years.
The documentary experience is directed by film making duo Clarence 'Coodie' Simmons and Chike Ozah who have described it as “an intimate and revealing portrait of Kanye West’s experience, showcasing both his formative days trying to break through and his life today as a global brand and artist".
Speaking during a 'Netflix Playlist' conference, Ozah stated: "We’re crossing generations in three films. At the end, Kanye is collaborating with artists that were babies.
"But the crazy part is that Kanye’s a throughline; still as relevant at the end as he is in the beginning because his music passes the test of time.”
The first act airs on February 16 on Netflix and showcases the earliest stages of Ye's career.
