Jimmy Watts Band Announce National Tour

Brisbane-based Jimmy Watts Band are kicking off a national Hiding Of The Grid tour in support of a new five-track EP February's Drought.

Described as a monster hybrid of Xavier Rudd, Tom Waits and Ash Grunwald, Watts will kick off the tour in Queensland before playing 18 gigs over five states. The EP's lead track Grid is a gritty excursion into the paranoid world of 'survivalists' prepping for the apocalypse and driven by fuzzed-out, wailing guitars. The clip for Grid is a $300 DIY job by the band that suits the track to a tee.
