"YOURS FOREVER is me at my truest self, comfortable in my skin, not comparing myself or trying to be someone or something that anyone expects me to be."

Just a day after announcing an expansive tour of Australia and New Zealand, Jessica Mauboy has revealed that those tour dates are in support of her upcoming fifth album, Yours Forever, which is coming on Friday, 9 February.
Yours Forever contains 14 tracks and is Mauboy’s debut release with Warner Music Australia, following her #1 ARIA album, Hilda, in 2019.
“YOURS FOREVER is me at my truest self, comfortable in my skin, not comparing myself or trying to be someone or something that anyone expects me to be,” Mauboy commented about her self-empowerment-driven new album in a press release. “When you strip it all back, musically, it’s beautiful melodies, storytelling lyrics, rhythms that connect with the soul, and it has a depth that I’ve never gone to or shared before.”
Today, Mauboy has also revealed the first single, Give You Love, featuring her fellow The Voice Australia judge Jason Derulo and co-written by Melbourne soul artist and The Music cover star WILSN.
The single arrives with a music video directed by Rowena and Joel Rasmussen from Move Like Water. Mauboy and Derulo are bathed in golden light as crowds of interpretive dancers and a contemporary choir make Give You Love the most soulful number the pair have participated in. You can watch the video below.
“The collaboration came together quite magically, like beautiful, glistening, crystal-clear water flowing together,” Mauboy revealed. “When we sent the song to WILSN, and she heard my voice on the track for the first time, she burst into tears.”

On working with Mauboy, Derulo added, “It was a pleasure working side-by-side with Jess as a coach on The Voice, and I feel incredibly blessed that Jess thought of me for this song. I had such a blast putting my spin on it and laying down the vocals when I was in Sydney. I hope everyone can feel the warmth and spirit in Give You Love.”

Mauboy’s Yours Forever tour begins in regional Victorian hubs before hitting the Palais Theatre in St Kilda.
