Sydney and Melbourne are the lucky ones

Melbourne's Japanese Wallpaper hasn't even dropped his debut self-titled EP yet, but Gab Strum has sold out all but one of the shows on his upcoming east coast tour.

To cope with the demand, Brisbane will now get a venue upgrade to The Zoo, while both Sydney and Melbourne have scored an extra over-18's show each.

Sydney's second show will take place on the same day, Sunday, 5 July, as its all ages show, but will take place at 7pm. Melbourne's second show will also follow the existing Sunday, 12 July show at Northcote Social Club, but will kick off at 7.30pm.

The producer has also announced the burgeoning talents that will be supporting him on these shows — none other than Sydney art pop artist Montaigne. Additionally, Banff will support the tour in Brisbane, Nick Hill and Lupa J in Sydney and Edward Francis in Melbourne.
