50 Cent is either simply a fan of our currency or he's teasing an Australian tour. 

That's our takeaway from the rapper's Facebook post today, who shared a picture of an Australian 50c coin without a caption.

The 42-year-old hip hop artist hasn't performed in Australia in over a decade, having last toured in 2006, but the cheeky online post may be a sign that's about to change. 

It could also be a sign that 50 Cent's forthcoming sixth studio album, Street King Immortal, is close to a release date, as it has been postponed repeatedly since 2012.
