Midweek chart figures show sales surge
INXS could push into the ARIA Album Chart's top ten this week as their best of compilation is boosted by the anticipation of a TV mini-series based on the band.
The biggest gainer of the week will be the surging soundtrack to Frozen, which is pushing the top five from last week's 11, judging by the midweek figures, but Australian rock legends INXS' are teetering around the top ten at this stage with The Very Best. The compilation ranked 17 last week.
Set to air on Channel 7 in the coming weeks (check out the latest glimpse at the show here), the show is the subject of a large marketing push by the station throughout its current coverage of the Australian Open tennis competition.
Other artists experiencing sales boosts midweek are John Legend with Love In The Future and Lana Del Rey with Born To Die – The Paradise Edition. The only debut to trouble the top 50 this week will be American rapper Kid Ink's My Own Lane.

Other movers include Tiesto's Red Lights, The Vamps' Can We Dance and the two versions of Frozen's Let It Go by Idina Menzel and Demi Lovato.
As the years really swings into the gear, top 50 debuts will come from Kim Cesarion's Undressed, Miley Cyrus' Adore You, will.i.am featuring Miley Cyrus, Wiz Khalifa and French Montana's Feelin' Myself, Kristen Bell's Do You Want To Build A Snowman? and Kid Ink and Chris Brown's Show Me.
