Big & Rich, Chris Young join the fun
Big & Rich and Chris Young are returning to Australia next year after being announced on the CMC Rocks QLD line-up today.
One of the country’s premier camping country music festivals, the event is moving from the Hunter Valley to Ispswich in 2015 and have previously announced Lady Antebellum and Troy Cassar-Daley.
Today’s announcement also revealed the additions of Sugarland’s Kristian Bush and other Americans including Lee Brice, Laura Bell Bundy and Maddie & Tae. Locals including John Williamson, Adam Brand, Adam Havey, Catherine Britt and The Adam Eckersley Band have also been asked to perform.
“Artists like Chris Young and Lee Brice have been riding high at the top of the USA charts for the past few years and represent the cream of today’s country crop,” said promoter Rob Potts. “There’s going to be a lot of hits played over these three days. And to bring Big & Rich back after the crazy set they played last time … Get ready for a party!”
