“Everything that goes into Inflatable Regatta is about putting anyone that takes part on stage."
Here’s your chance to sit back, float down a quiet Melbourne river and be serenaded by live music.
The Inflatable Regatta returns on February 10, with 1,500 inflatable boats set to sail down 2kms of the Yarra river from Richmond to Hawthorn.
“We keep saying it, but it’s an event that if you’re involved or participating, you are the event,” said founder Courtney Carthy.
“Everything that goes into Inflatable Regatta is about putting anyone that takes part on stage, on the Yarra.”

Last year saw a surprise stage, curated by Parlour, and this year will feature another batch of eclectic artists that punters will encounter along their travels, with Inflatable Regatta still finalising the line-up.
“We’re throwing it open to suggestion! If you’re in or know of a music act that’d be great entertainment let us know.”
