After teasing the announcement, Melbourne's Incentives have shown their punctual side by delivering new single, 'Corrode'.

After teasing the announcement, Melbourne's Incentives have shown their punctual side by delivering new single, 'Corrode'.

The new track serves as precursor to the band's upcoming EP - entitled, 'Dusk' - that is scheduled for release on June 30.

Not content to offer anything subtle, the local upstarts reached out to fellow peers Imprisoned, with Max Chapman providing guest vocals throughout the latest track (listen below).

The announcement(s) mark a return for the Melbourne based band. Their previous single, 'Self-Decay', was released in early 2015.

As Killyourstereo.com reported in April, Incentives finished tracking 'Dusk' with Ocean Grove's Sam Bassal.

Moreover, Incentives were recently kind enough to chat with us regarding the local music industry in our latest feature. "We’ve put a lot of money and effort into the release, and any kind of financial income really helps us continue to do cool stuff. But at the end of the day, all we really want is for lots of people to hear and enjoy our music, as cliché as that sounds,” the band commented.
