In Hearts Wake To Screen Carbon Off-set Documentary Worldwide

Australian heavy music act In Hearts Wake will release a feature-length documentary GREEN IS THE NEW BLACK. Kicking off in Earth Week 2022 this April, there will be select screenings in theatres across the globe.

Green Is The New Black will follow the release of their carbon offset 2020 album Kaliyuga and their journey to become a certified Carbon Neutral Organisation. The film will examine the band's processes and search for more environmentally sustainable options, inspiring new possibilities for an entire industry to hopefully follow.

Through conversations with creatives, experts and professionals including Damon Gameau (2040, That Sugar Film), Tamara Smith (Greens Member for Parliament), AY Young (United Nations Young Leader), Jessica Ducrou (Splendour in the Grass Festival Co-founder), Heidi Lennfer (FEAT Artists) and Luke Logemann (UNFD Records) & our very own Kill Your Stereo editor, Lili Jean Berry.
