Expects to be back on board for rest of tour
Swedish EDM DJ/producer Eric Prydz has been forced to cancel today's appearance on the Perth leg of the Future Music Festival.
The Brisbane leg of FMF took place yesterday at the festival's new Queensland site, the Brisbane RNA Showgrounds - with organisers reporting "the day ran smoothly".
However, today they have released a statement to announce Prydz's withdrawl from the event in Perth.
The statement said: "Much to everyone's regret, organisers wish to announce that unfortunately Eric Prydz is unable to perform at today's FMF in Perth due to illness. Both FMF HQ and Eric's team are sincerely disappointed."

They went on to reassure fans that Prydz "is looking forward to completing the remainder of his dates across the country – including a top secret, ultra exclusive private house party."
FMF have made last-minute adjustments to today's timetable to allow for Prydz's absence. Dutch progressive superstar Hardwell will now play an extended two-hour set and will be "inviting special FMF guests to join him on stage."
