If You Have A Spare $2 Million, Why Not Buy Xavier Rudd's Byron Bay Pad?

The ultimate band merch.

More Xavier Rudd Xavier Rudd

Are you the ultimate Xavier Rudd fan? Or maybe you just have a spare $2 million?

Well, either way you're in luck because the Aussie songwriter is selling his stunning pad, based in New Brighton, just north of Byron Bay.

According to Realestate.com.au, Rudd is aiming to sell the house for $2.45m to $2,695,000 million, which is being described as "the ultimate professional musician's home".

The four-bedroom, three-bathroom house comes complete with a recording studio, wine cellar and an outdoor pizza oven.

Rudd paid $722,500 for the land back in 2012.

Meanwhile, the 38-year-old artist is gearing up for a huge European tour which will kick off in Copenhagen next month.
