Huge Edition Of Ska Nation Music Festival Coming In December

Ska Nation Festival is returning to Warrion, Victoria this December, with international legends Mad Caddies headlining the event alongside Australia’s premier ska bands Area 7 and the Melbourne Ska Orchestra.

Promising two days of “skank, groove,” and the “contagious beat of ska music,” the festival will also feature a handpicked selection of supporting acts, ensuring non-stop ska goodness throughout the day.

Some of those acts include The Resignators, Operation Ibis, The Donald Trumpets, The Kitty Hawks, and many more. You can check out the full line-up below.

In addition to their headline appearance at Ska Nation Festival, Mad Caddies have announced an Australian tour.

Mad Caddies recently signed to SBAM Records with a new line-up that includes drummer Sean Sellers (Good Riddance, Pulley) and guitarist Brandon Landelius (Authority Zero) – this is the band’s first Australian tour in ten years.

In 2019, Melbourne Ska Orchestra took out the ARIA Award for Best World Music Album for the One Year Of Ska LP, which saw the band record one new song every week for a year. 

"We love the fact that we are flagbearers for the international ska sound here in Australia, and hailing from Melbourne, the multicultural diversity is inspiring,” Boomba said of the honour.
