The venerated electronic muso will touch down for a run of shows in the country from early next month
Acclaimed UK-bred house mastermind Ben Pearce is breaking forth with force from the underground, having first started to turn heads with his lauded 2012 track What I Might Do, which rocketed to platinum status in Europe.
He's since ridden the momentum afforded him by that track and a ream of high-profile support slots for the likes of Jamie Jones, Heidi and Pete Tong to circumnavigate the globe as a touring musician, and he's set to end 2015 the same place he began it: with a run of shows on Australian shores.
Getting under way at Brisbane's TBC Club on Friday 6 November, Pearce will head to The Grand, in Wollongong, on Saturday 7 November, gunning it across to Sydney's Chinese Laundry for another performance the same evening. A week later, he pops up at Rough Love, in Perth, on Saturday 14 November, closing out his antipodean commitments with a performance at Revolver's Summer Series in Melbourne on Sunday 15 November.
Pearce is one of the most vital identities doing the rounds from the global house scene these days, having already claimed the title of DJ Mag's Best Breakthrough Producer back in 2013 — get along to one of his impending Aussie shows next month and see what the view looks like from his current new heights, or live in regret; your choice.
