Extreme Italian death metal group Hour of Penance have announced their signing to Prosthetic Records.
The European outfit recently posted the news via Myspace, informing fans that they are also in the process of writing a new album.
Prosthetic Records posted the following in a press release:
"Prosthetic Records is pleased to announce the signing of death metal leaders HOUR OF PENANCE to the label.
Forged in the dark shadows of "The Holy Capital", this most unholy of quartets have steadily been making a name for themselves as one of the most intense, talented and impressive, both in the studio & live onstage, modern death metal bands around. And to hear the evidence, you just need to blast last year’s ‘Paradogma’ album on Unique Leader and you will know exactly what we mean.....
Currently writing their Prosthetic debut , HOUR OF PENANCE will again spread their plague of destruction across the clubs and festivals of Europe as part of a major tour throughout June and July with DEICIDE, BELPHEGOR and THE AMENTA."
