The cult adored venue will take over Paramount House Hotel in October.

Cult adored iconic Melbourne/Naarm wine bar, eatery and DJ hub Hope St Radio is coming to Sydney's Paramount House Hotel in October.

The venue, situated in Melbourne's massive Collingwood Yards arts precinct has become one of the most adored places to grab a drink given its unique format of also posing as a community radio station. Within the bar, some of Australia's best underground DJs broadcast live digitally on a communal table alongside natural wines, food and cocktails. 

Now the venue is coming to Sydney for a one off residency at Paramount House Hotel. The takeover is titled Video Killed The Radio Star and will comprise of three nights of music, food and booze. It kicks off on Thursday the 20th of October in the lobby of the hotel, where Tangela and Bobby Vibe Positive will take care of the tunes and Bouhadana will serve seasonal degustation with natural wine by Shaw.

The following day on the 21st of October Bouhadana will dish up her famous focaccia, transforming the space into Ellie's Lobby Crostini Bar. DJ Ivy will be providing the tunes. The week gets even bigger though with on Saturday night the Golden Age Cinema & Bar (within the venue) will showcase short film Mirrigan followed by a party hosted by Naarm based dance music royalty DJ PGZ, Mirasia and C.Frim
