Johnny Depp has resurrected band The Hollywood Vampires, his supergroup with Alice Cooper, Joe Perry and Tommy Henrikson for a short 2023 European Tour.
The band has been quiet since 2019 when they released their sophomore record Rise.
The tour includes six five tour dates in Germany and one in Luxembourg all between the 20th and 30th of June next year, with their announcement telling fans to "Keep an eye out for more to come..."
Johnny Depp recently appeared on stage with English guitarist Jeff Beck at London's Royal Albert Hall during a rock concert. The duo performed a series of covers including Isolation by John Lennon.
The performance was while Depp was awaiting a ruling in a massive defamation case involving Amber Heard, his ex-wife and famous actor.
Depp sued his ex-wife for $50 million USD, following claims that she defamed him in an opinion piece she wrote in which she described herself as “a public figure representing domestic abuse”.
A counter-sue followed for double that amount, with Heard arguing that Depp smeared her reputation following his lawyer calling the accusations against Depp a "hoax".
On the 1st of June it was found that Depp won the case against Heart, awarding him $10.4 million which Heard's attorney says she can't afford to pay.
Depp also recently announced an album with Jeff Beck, announcing the album at a show in Gateshead, England earlier this month. “I’m going to take this opportunity to tell you that I met this guy five years ago and we haven’t stopped laughing since,” Beck said on stage.
“We actually made an album. I don’t know how it happened. It will be out in July.”
