Holly Hebe, a rising singer-songwriter and producer hailing from Melbourne, has announced a headline tour taking place this winter.

Touring in support of her forthcoming EP, Mood Ring—set for release on Friday, 17 July, Hebe will play shows across Australia and New Zealand in July and August.

The tour begins at Sydney’s Metro Social a week after the EP is released, on Friday, 24 July, followed by a show at Brisbane’s MIC on Saturday, 25 July. After a show at Auckland’s Tuning Fork on Wednesday, 29 July, as part of Live Nation’s Next On Series, Hebe returns to Australia.

For her remaining dates in Australia, Hebe performs at Adelaide’s The Austral on Friday, 31 July, Perth’s The Y HQ on Saturday, 1 August, and concludes the run at Melbourne’s The Espy - a matinee show - on Saturday, 8 August.

General tickets will be available from Wednesday, 3 June, at 8 am AEST, with a pre-sale running tomorrow. You can find more ticketing information on Holly Hebe’s website.

Hebe’s Mood Ring tour arrives after she’s become one of the most in-demand Australian pop artists, having recently shared stages with Holly Humberstone, Keli Holiday, aleksiah, and Telenova. Upon announcing the Mood Ring EP last month, Hebe explained of its themes:

Mood Ring is a collection of songs about clinging onto signs, being desperately hopeful and aimlessly sad, superstition and heartbreak.

Every song has a colour paired with it & eventually they all morphed into one giant emotional pinwheel for me that documents the last year of my life.

You can pre-order/pre-save the EP here.

For her upcoming shows, Hebe will be accompanied by a special guest: emerging singer songwriter, Sammi Heaney.
