Hockey Dad Have Launched Their Own Breakfast Cereal... Sort Of

To celebrate the launch of their new album, Brain Candy, out on 31 July, Hockey Dad have (kind of) launched their own breakfast cereal. 

The duo will deliver the Brain Candy cereal to select fans who pre-order the breakfast bundle in NSW via contactless delivery.

“The Brain Candy brekky bundle is actually a copy of our new album and a whole bunch of exclusive Hockey Dad merch packaged in a collectable breakfast cereal box”, Hockey Dad's Zach Stephenson said.

"There is some actual edible Brain Candy in there, and who are we to say you shouldn’t tip the lollies into a cereal bowl and pour some milk over it?”

Billy Fleming added, "We believe all Australians are entitled to an imbalanced breakfast made with 97% whole-brains and we intend on making sure they get it".

Meanwhile, for those who can't attend Hockey Dad's upcoming hometown drive-in shows, the band will be live-streaming the first of two gigs on YouTube on album release day from 8.15pm AEST.
