Is the trauma of losing warmer days getting to you? Feel like winter has no redeeming factor? Fear no more, as Snowtunes 2015 has landed.

The inaugural open-air music festival will be held at Lake Jindabyne this Saturday, 15 August, the scenery offering a frosty, refreshing backdrop for to experience an array of artists and DJs, including electro duo Hermitude and hip hop starlet Tkay Maidza, carnival rides, bars, attractions and of course, skiing and snowboarding.

Also on the line-up are AlldayFortafySlumberjack, MC Losty, Northie, Paces, Bad Decisions featuring Konvex, and Kronic, rounding up what is slated to be about seven hours of live music and entertainment, kicking off at 5pm to give punters the day to check out the slopes.

General admission tickets to the festival will set you back $79, while a VIP package with unlimited food, access to the VIP areas, drink vouchers and a discount on ski hire packages will cost $219.
