Hit The Lights have announced that they will be reuniting with former vocalist Colin Ross for their upcoming tour in December with A Loss For Words, With The Punches and State Champs.

The band's current vocalist Nick Thompson will still be a part of the tour, as Thompson and Ross will split up vocal duties based on their work over the band's discography.

Both Ross and Thompson have posted statements regarding the return of Ross for the tour.

Ross said, "What up everyone! It's been a while but I'm really exited about going back out on tour this December with A Loss For Words, With The Punches and State Champs. Stoked to see all your faces again and meet some new ones. Come out and let's party HTL style! See you next month!"

With Thompson adding, "Our set will still include songs from all of the albums that we've released, but we're stoked that Colin will be out to once again lend his vocal abilities on some oldies but goodies. We know that some people may be upset that we're only doing this only for our December tour, but we had the window of opportunity to make this happen and we did! This tour is going to be about fun for us, our fans and we're just happy that we have a chance to make some HTL history along the way."

Ross was a part of the band from 2003 through to 2007, and featured on the band's first few EP releases and their 2006 album "This Is a Stick Up... Don't Make It a Murder".
