Hilltop Hoods ProfileWith their new record Walking Under Stars going Gold and landing #1 on the ARIA Charts for two consecutive weeks, Aussie legends Hilltop Hoods have announced their largest Australian tour to date, kicking off this October and running until December.
Proudly presented by The Music, the extensive 21-date Cosby Sweater Tour – named after the album single - kicks off Thursday 9 October at Anzac Oval, Alice Springs, before taking on pretty much anywhere you can think of.
Hilltop Hoods’ Suffa, aka Matt Lambert, gave us a track-by-track breakdown of the record the week of its release, giving some incite into Cosby Sweater:
“Cosby Sweater’s a bit of a throwback track for us. It’s got sort of like, that nosebleed, hard road, sort of up-tempo party track feel about it. It’s definitely rhyming for the sport of it. We’d been playing it live throughout Europe and we played it at Splendour as well, and it’s really becoming one of our favourite tracks to do live.”
