The AAM Co-Pilot Mentorship Program is back for another year and they want to give mid-level artist managers a chance to be mentored by some of the best in the business.
Run by the Association Of Artist Managers and APRA AMCOS, the program pairs emerging managers with established industry experts for a 6-12 month mentorship.
Previous mentors have included Eleven Music's John Watson (Birds of Tokyo, Cold Chisel, Silverchair, Gotye), Wonderlick's Gregg Donovan (Boy & Bear, Grinspoon, Airbourne, Josh Pyke), Bossy Music's Claire Collins (Art Vs Science, D.D Dumbo, Kagu) and Andrew Stone from Chugg Music (Shepperd, Megan Washington, The Griswolds, Deep Sea Arcade).
Applications for the program are now open, with successful mentees taking out the following:
- Flown to Sydney from anywhere in Australia for an introduction to their mentor
- A full day structured management workshop on 7 November 2018
- attend the Australian Music Week conference
- Three nights accomodation
