Aussies have two chances to see the band live before the take on the EU early next year
Hot on the heels of their signing with US-based label Felte, ascendant Brisbane outfit Nite Fields have announced that they will release their eagerly awaited debut studio full-length, Depersonalisation, globally via the esteemed record house on February 3, 2015, unveiling lead single You I Never Knew at the same time.
The sophisticated shoegaze of the track serves as an easy entry point for newcomers to the band's sound, which dapples itself with catchy, considered pop qualities, while existing fans will no doubt benefit from the lushness of the soundscape generated by the album's genesis across more than 200 recording locations across three cities. The album was mixed by HTRK's Nigel Lee Yang in Sydney.
The full album is available for pre-order now via the band's website, but, to sufficiently tantalise your earbuds first, you can stream You I Never Knew below.

Nite Fields have two shows booked in Australia before the end of the year, after which they will jet across to Europe for a mammoth run of dates across the continent. You can catch them ahead of that sojourn at Sydney's 107 Projects, on December 5, and again in Brisbane, at The Bearded Lady, on December 12.
