Starting out simply as a tropical-themed party band, THE HAWAIIAN ISLANDS have quickly become one of Melbourne's most exhilarating, refreshingly raw and all-round-awesome live acts. Blending surf guitar, garage punk and catchy-as-hell vocal melodies THE HAWAIIAN ISLANDS have tapped into a sound that will appeal to fans of everything from Radio Birdman to The Bronx to Weezer. Produced by Matt Bodiam (A Death In The Family) and mastered Alan Douches at West West Side, NY 'Live Fast, Get Tropical' is set for CD/ iTunes release on June 7th via Poison City Records with national launch dates announced soon.
