Julia Gillard Asks Grinspoon For A Photo

Worlds collide in Brisbane.

More Grinspoon Grinspoon Profile

Julia Gillard had the pleasure of running into Grinspoon last Saturday night backstage at a private event at the RNA Showgrounds in Brisbane.

The band had been asked to perform a private set at the 100th anniversary for building company Hutchinson's when the Prime Minister of Australia, who may have been following them in a bid to score a happy snap, showed up as well. We may not know until the record is released, which will be before the end of the year.
