Grimes Announces Meredith Sideshows

Montreal-based Grimes just dropped the announcement of a sweet East Coast tour in addition to her pre-announced appearance at the Meredith Music Festival in Melbourne.

The songstress will play Melbourne's Corner Hotel, Brisbane's Zoo and The Oxford Art Factory in Sydney this December to promote her 2012 record Visions.

The record, released in March of this year, was recorded in a period of nine-day isolation, entirely in her own Montreal bedroom . Grimes has explored a range of styles across her three records, described as a mix between bubblegum pop, K-Pop, hook heavy electronica and wild Eastern melody.

Tours in wake of the Visions record have sold-out in America and Europe and finally reaching Aussie shores, tickets on sale now.
