Laura JeanUnique Melbourne talent Gregor is launching his debut cassette Thoughts & Faults at the end of the month at Hugs & Kisses.
The tape is a collection of 14 inquisitive, eccentric home recordings, ranging widely from short aural sketches right up to a seven-minute, three-part instrumental opus.
While there are echoes of Durutti Column or Talking Heads, Gregor has a voice all his own - gentle, wide-eyed and slyly humorous.
Joining Gregor on launch night are Laura Jean and James Tom (Krakatau).
