Melbourne songstress looks to life beyond 360
Universal distributed Dew Process has announced the signing of Gossling – aka Helen Croome - today, with the Melbourne songstress looking towards the festival season.
A solo artist with a fanbase in her own right, it was her guest vocal on 360's mega hit Boys Like You, which has gone four times platinum and picked up ARIA Award nominations, that shot her into the limelight. The profile also landed her the gig singing a version of big band classic Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday for a recent Woolworths campaign.
Dew Process' Managing Director Paul Piticco said today that Croome, “Is one of those rare artists where her personality and warmth make her wonderful music make all the more sense. We have been admiring her work from afar for some time and now we are very proud to welcome her as newest part of the Dew Process cooperative.
Croome's third EP Intentional Living, which spawned triple j track Wild Love, is out now. She will be playing the Peats Ridge, Pyramid Rock, Mullum Music, Gorgeous and Brigalow Beatz festivals.
