Having just dropped their new album Music For Men, disco-punk noisemakers Gossip will return to Australia later this year. The Sun Herald reports the band will do Sydney and Melbourne shows in November. One would think that this would extend to other major cities.

Having just dropped their new album Music For Men, disco-punk noisemakers Gossip will return to Australia later this year. The Sun Herald reports the band will do Sydney and Melbourne shows in November. One would think that this would extend to other major cities.

While no dates have yet been revealed, a ‘source’ from Sony BMG told the Sun Herald: “It’s true that we’re trying to get Gossip out here before the end of the year. They were considering a trip in August but it’s been pushed back slightly, so it will be a full show tour rather than promo.”

Gossip were last here in 2007 for the Meredith Music Festival.
