Not a bad Plan B
Popular Sydney live music venue Goodgod Small Club has announced it has sold and detailed its final shows under its current management, before the premises is transferred to new owners and operated under the name Plan B Small Club.
As reported in September, owner-operators Jimmy Sing and Hana Shimada put the popular hangout on the market, and have now confirmed its sale, stating it will still run as a live music venue and nightclub after the December 12 name change, with all shows already announced going ahead as planned.
Two special Goodgod farewell gigs have been announced, with Twerps, Straight Arrows and more playing Wednesday 9 December and the Goodgod & Goodbye event going down Saturday 12 December with a line-up announced soon.
“Goodgod is nothing without all of you, so thank you for coming down night in, night out and making it such an inclusive and uplifting Small Club to both work and play in. Bg love and please stay tuned for GG's next incarnations in the new year,” Sing and Shimada posted via Facebook.
