This Aussie Hitmaker Going Viral Is Sure To Lift Your Spirits Up

We're all in need of a pick-me-up this week. Cancelled gigs, lockdowns, and border closures galore, so let's try and find some good between it all in this week's good news roundup.

If you're on Twitter or TikTok at all, chances are you've seen the name Tom Cardy pop up recently. The producer, musical comedian and triple j presenter has been making tiny tunes based on tracks from the likes of Hilltop Hoods, Alex The Astronaut, Dolly Parton and more. While in lockdown, he's been delighting audiences all over the world.

According to comments on his Instagram, he's even working on a full length album, as well as having been involved with making the killer tunes for "infamous" band TLDR on the SBS special, Cancelled!
