Glitter Festival Announces Dates For 2016

Following a successful inaugural event last year Glitter Festival is back this year to celebrate Queensland's multifaceted society and queer culture.

Embodying the heyday of the Gold Coast's 'Glitter Strip'- a period celebrating freedom expression and embracing diversity - Glitter fest sees community, media, and artists band together to move into the future as one fabulous force.

The festival will take place from 6-9 October, though the full program isn't released until 1 August, but rest assured it will be an eclectic showcase of theatre, cabaret, comedy, dance film and more from local, national and international artists and companies.
