Details for this year's Fringe festival revealed

Once again, the streets of Sydney will come alive during the September event, with several laneway bars opening across the city and the Live And Local program, which will see bars, pubs, retail stores and restaurants hold special performances (including one from The Strides) and activities. The initiative is a collaboration with APRA. The In The Night Garden light installation will be the centrepiece of St Peters contribution to Fringe, while emerging Aussie artists will get the chance to sell their work through online forum Art Pharmacy. The event takes place 1 – 30 Sep.
