More Frenzal Rhomb More Frenzal Rhomb

Perennial party-men Frenzal Rhomb have announced the impending release of their ninth studio full-length, Hi-Vis High Tea, and a raft of complementary good news to go along with it, including new single Cunt Act and a bunch of tour dates.

The new album continues Frenzal's by-now well-established shtick of pumping out frenetic and fun punk tunes that touch on all manner of topics; in fact, Hi-Vis High Tea crams 20 of 'em into just over half-an-hour, via the love and care of veteran producers Bill Stevenson (Descendents, Black Flag) and Jason Livermore at The Blasting Room, in Fort Collins, Colorado.

Cunt Act is the first taste thereof, and its unveiling comes alongside a fantastic accompanying clip pulled together by frequent Frenzal collaborator Fox Trotsky; get into it below for a nice little visual list of all the ways people out there manage to be inconsiderate pricks without really even thinking about it.

Hi-Vis High Tea will be released on Friday 26 May. Pre-orders are available now.

Following the album's release, the band will set off for their launch tour from Friday 16 June, when they get under way at Perth's Capitol Theatre. They've also got shows lined up in Bunbury, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Maroochydore, Bendigo, Frankston, Melbourne, Newcastle, Sydney and Adelaide.

They'll be joined by Totally Unicorn at all shows except WA.

An early-bird presale will be held from 9am this Wednesday, 29 March, before opening up to the general public at 9am on Friday, 31 March.
