The first weekend in October is sacred for the people of NSW, for it is the weekend of the final rugby league clash of the year, the weekend where the strongest of the strong face up against each other in a pummel to the end, in a majestic battle to decide... fuck this, we’re going to Melbourne. Look, if we’re going to have to watch a bunch of half-cut musclemen rubbing their faeces up against the windows of nightclubs, then they may as well be attractive Melbourne people. Come to the Corner Hotel, Saturday October 2nd to see Frenzal Rhomb, the least sporting band in Australia in the state that gives the least shit about NRL.
