More Florence & The Machine More Florence & The Machine

New support acts have been announced for Florence & The Machine’s fast-approaching 2019 Australian tour, with US singer-songwriter Billie Eilish withdrawing due to “international scheduling conflicts”.

The breakout star was scheduled to perform at select shows next month, but will now be replaced by local singer-songwriter Jack River in Geelong and Sydney, while US R&B talent Leon Bridges fills the gap in Adelaide.

“Unfortunately we all came to realise recently that we need some more time to finish something very important before going back out and doing more shows,” Eilish said.

“I love you all and I’m so sorry about this. I promise you I will be back in Australia and New Zealand before you know it."

Meanwhile, New Zealand’s Marlon Williams is still confirmed to support Florence & The Machine around the country.
