Regional Victoria is about to get a huge music and food crossover event, with the announcement of the 2022 Flavafest for Colac and Sale.
According to organisers, the event promises to be "a day-long music, BBQ and produce Festival," that will be "rolling into regional heartlands across the country, kicking off with two events in Gippsland and Otway communities, supported by the Victorian Government through Creative Victoria."
A stack of local Aus musos have signed on for the event including Emma Donovan & The Putbacks, The Black Sorrows, Motor Ace, Kingswood, Ross Wilson, Mahalia Barnes & The Soul Mates, Melbourne Ska Orchestra and more to be announced.
"Flavafest will align a great array of Live music with each region’s rich and diverse local produce and arts, engaging with cultural and creative sectors, local vendors, with culinary demonstrations, brewery and distillery showcases, tastings and more," the festival states.
"Flavafest will be a chance for you and your friends to enjoy the whole community and immerse yourselves in a day of great music, incredible food, and family friendly fun at this All-Ages event."
Flavafest will head to Sale Golf Club and Colac Turf Club on February 12 and 26 2022 respectively. Tickets for the festival will go on sale from 10am this Thursday, October 14. For all the info, jump on over to theGuide.
